Returns & Exchanges

 

We want your shopping experience at Dearly Southern Co. to be smooth and easy!

We hope you love each item you receive but if for some reason you don't,

we are here to make your return process go as smooth and easy as possible.

Return Information​

We accept returns for refund postmarked within 10 days from the date you placed your order. We accept returns for store credit for non-final sale items up to 14 days from the date you place your order. Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment or with an online credit.

Returns must be received unwashed, unworn, and in new condition. If the item arrives with tags on it the item must be returned with original tags still attached.

Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.

Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional shipping box for protection. Damage to the shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for returns. In this case, the shoes will be shipped back to you and you are subject to the return shipping costs.

Jewelry, sunglasses, and hats are returnable if they are in new condition only please take notice they are not exchangeable in any case. Jewelry, sunglass and hats are not returnable if they are in the sale section.

Gift Cards, cosmetics, intimates, bras, camisoles, slips, tights, socks, and Final Sale/Clearance category items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost if applicable.

Original shipping is not refundable on any shipment created or returned. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the refund has been issued.

 

How Do I Make A Return?

We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is received and processed by us. Dearly Southern Co. is not responsible for damaged, missing or packages lost in transit to us. 

International returns are responsible for return shipping. We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to restocking fees and return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order.

If you choose not to have your order re-delivered we can refund you the cost of the items but the original shipping cost and the undeliverable charge from the carrier will be deducted from the refund as well as a 50% restocking fee. Refusal of in-store pickup orders within 10 business days is subject to a 50% restocking fee. Original shipping is not refundable on any shipment created or returned. 

Can I send back items from different orders?

Yes. To save on shipping, time, and packaging materials, you can return items from multiple orders as long as you include the corresponding order numbers for each item inside the package. We recommend printing out the order form for each order online and including each form inside the return package.

No Holds on any items.

If you are wanting an item in a different size you can always purchase the item again but you will still receive a store credit only when we receive the return. We do not refund any orders.

The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges pertaining to returns and exchanges. We do not refund any shipping costs including shipping on the original order or return shipping.

To be eligible for a return...

- the product must have been received by you within the last 10 days.

- the product is not damaged or worn, must include original tags still attached to the item, and shoe boxes must be shipped inside another package/box as the shoebox will become damaged during transit and will not accept any shoeboxes with tape or labels placed right on the box.

- Sale items or accessories/undergarments/bralettes cannot be returned/exchanged. (sale items include: sale, clearance, and jewelry). These are all FINAL SALE. Anything Discounted, 30% off or more all are FINAL SALE (including items bought during special sales)

(products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return and will be returned to you without refund)

Once Dearly Southern Co. mails the package to you... USPS is responsible for the delivery and protection of your package. Please contact USPS if the item has not arrived or is damaged. if you cannot resolve this with USPS...please contact us.

 

Order Status

What is the status of my order? 

You can review the status of your order by clicking on the My Account link at the top of the page, where you can Sign In to your account to view your order status and history.

How do I change or cancel my order? 

If you need to make any changes to your order, please email us immediately after making your purchase. We are open 10:00 AM EST-5:00 PM EST Monday-Friday, We are CLOSED on Saturdays & Sundays. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to modify the contents of your order. All pre-order items do not qualify for cancellation, please double-check the estimated delivery time in the desired item's name to confirm you do not need your item until that date! We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.

How do I know if my order was placed?

Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. You may also view your order by clicking on the My Account link at the bottom left of the menu page and logging into your Dearly Southern Account.
